- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers and Salesforce engineers.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve development best practices, code quality standards, and team workflows.
- Partner with product, QA, and business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with company goals.
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects across platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end architecture and development of web applications using modern full stack technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Python, Magento, Workato).
- Own Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, custom applications, and integrations with external systems.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across all platforms.
- Lead efforts in code reviews, system design, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure clear communication and status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical management or senior leadership role.
- Strong full stack development background with proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), back-end platforms (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or Python), and RESTful APIs.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, custom development, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect).
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in industries such as SaaS, finance, B2C or B2B platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow development and integrations.
