We are hiring passionate Early Years Facilitators to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment for preschool children. This role involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, maintaining reports, coordinating events, guiding assistants, and ensuring child safety and parent communicationall while setting a strong example for the team.Work Timings: 11:00 AM 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM 7:00 PM (7hrs shift)Key Responsibilities:Conduct planned learning sessions at the centre and/or childs homeEnsure classes are fun, creative, and enrichingMaintain reports and conduct regular child assessmentsPlan and organize events, celebrations, and field tripsEnsure hygiene, safety, and adherence to school policiesGuide and support assistant teachers and support staffInteract with parents to share child progressQualifications:Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT) or a Bachelor's Degree2-3 years above of experience in preschool or early childhood educationStrong communication and storytelling skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Energetic, responsible, creative, and a team playerEmployee Benefits:
