Product Manager/R&D-(FOAM SUPPRESSION)

• Assists the R&D team in developing new products and improving current products;

• Is responsible for the drafting of new products and changing existing products;

• Produces 2D and 3D designs in accordance with:

• customer ́s specifications requirements (given by R&D engineers)

• supplier ́s requirements (to ensure production feasibility)

• internal ideas: R&D team, Sales managers, Front offices (controlled by R&D engineers)

• Gathers all necessary information (material, dimension, forms) and indicates them on the product’s or project’s design;

• Is responsible for the documentation in relation to design activities: ensures proper housekeeping of the R&D database by implementing and maintaining fitted methods of documentation and by constantly updating the software database;

• Performs any other additional task required by his line manager within the bounds of his acquired or potential skills. (e.g., follow up on purchase from prototype parts; follow up on SAP orders, simple calculation);

• Has to respect the company procedures;

• Attends training to improve his technical skills.

• Education: Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate

• Have good technical knowledge in mechanical design;

• Have good organizational skills

• Extensive knowledge in design with the 3D CAD system SIEMENS NX.
