  • Act as a trusted advisor to the EVP on strategic, operational, and organizational matters
  • Support development and execution of global operations strategy and annual operating plans under the Run-Transform-Innovate-People model
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on key business decisions
  • Cross Functional Alignment
  • Serve as liaison between Global Operations and IMUs, SGUs & Corporate (Finance, HR, Procurement, LIFE etc.)
  • Ensure alignment of operational priorities with broader corporate strategy
  • Drive collaboration across regions and functions to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes
  • Operational Execution & Excellence
  • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across global operations
  • Track and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Risk & Issue management - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies; implement corrective actions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and scalability
  • Executive & Leadership Support
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and communications
  • Manage the EVP's strategic agenda, ensuring focus on highest-impact priorities
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and action tracking
  • Program & Change Management
  • Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives within the SGUs (Domain Operations, F&A Ops and FRAC)
  • Develop communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement across global teams
  • Implement governance frameworks to support structured decision-making

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10-12+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or business leadership roles
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior operations role preferred
