Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve design and construction issues.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a project team and collaborate with other disciplines.
Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with relevant bridge design codes and standards, such as AASHTO.
