- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Execute structured outreach campaigns to drive consistent lead generation
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings (appointment setting) with potential clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client requirements
- Prepare and share customized proposals within defined timelines
- Follow up on leads, meetings, and proposals to drive conversions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, tech) for proposal development and project alignment
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and pipeline in CRM systems
- Track and report outreach performance, lead progress, and sales pipeline updates to management
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and pitching abilities
- Strong outreach and prospecting skills (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
- Ability to qualify leads and effectively set appointments

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM or similar)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Executive Level: 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role
- Manager Level: 3–6+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue generation, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Hands-on experience in outreach (LinkedIn/email/cold calling) and appointment setting is highly preferred
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry is a plus
- Prior experience handling end-to-end sales cycles are highly desirable
- Exposure to working with CRM systems and sales reporting
