To upkeep the inventory of critical spares and procurement for the same.Job Description:
- Experience as an Instrumentation Engineer dealing with hardware and Software support for Analytical Instruments.
- Familiar with installation and troubleshooting of analytical instrument software's like Chromeleon, Tiamo, Open Lab and Empower versions.
- Monitor and maintain HPLC/UPLC/GC systems (Waters and Agilent any additional vendor/make will be advantage) in Q.C Dept. /Stability Dept.
- Co-ordinate with Q.C team for any breakdown or service requirements.
- Must have sound knowledge of identifying HPLC/UPLC/GC system related issues for effective and timely service, maintaining minimal instrument downtime through troubleshooting and maintenance activities
- Identify and manage all HPLC/UPLC/GC systems related spares requirements ordering and upkeep. Maintaining instruments documentation, Spares Inventory.
- Experience and excellence in doing preventive maintenance of the HPLC/UPLC/GC system, provide service report.
- Should be able to identify and help in budgeting the future requirements for HPLC/UPLC/GC system spares.
- Help the management to train and recruit additional manpower as and when required.
- Responsible for reinstallation of HPLC/UPLC/GC system while shifting from one location to another as per internal requirement.
