We are hiring Production Supervisor for leading Automotive IndustryLocation : Madurai Assigning responsibilities to production employees
Coaching employees Supervising and monitoring employees Conducting reviews for personnel performance Compiling production recordsEnsuring all equipment is functioning properlyPreparing work schedulesMaintaining quality serviceEnsuring production plans are completed in timeCommunicating with other manufacturing departmentsIdentifying and troubleshooting production issuesEnsuring and maintaining safe work environmentRequirementsMinimum of 1+ years of experience in engineering production management.Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.Experience in assessment process and implementing corrective actions.In-depth knowledge of quality standards and practices.
