Quality Analyst Role

• Conduct transaction quality audits.
• Provide feedbacks and suggestion for improvement to agents.
• Publish quality dashboards at defined intervals.
• Data Analysis, strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Flexibility and availability for any ad-hoc activity as per business requirement.
• Need to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.

• Good verbal and written communication skills. (English)
• Knowledge of usage of MS tools Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should have excellent problem-solving capability and lateral thinking skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Good team player with proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
