Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Designer Engineer (PLM Administrator).Your ImpactManage and maintain standard Creo setup files and configuration tools. Automate parameter management and support modelling efficiency.Upgrade legacy CAD models (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) to current Creo standards. Ensure compliance with current drawing and modelling standards.Support users with check-in/check-out issues. Diagnose and resolve common viewable generation problems.Navigate ECR/ECN workflows; assist in issue resolution. Interpret business rules related to ECNs and provide user guidance. Enforce and promote Windchill standards for Creo and WT Parts.Ensure compliance with material and drawing standards. Perform drawing reviews against organizational standards. And support standardization and best practices across engineering teams.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent5–8 years of experience in:o Windchill administration and troubleshootingo ECR/ECN processes and drawing release systemso Drawing standards and product development lifecycleProficiency in Creo and Windchill.Hands-on experience with PLM tools and issue resolution.Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
