The role involves understanding and resolving disputes, validating rebates, and handling error lines.Key Responsibilities:Provide support for Medicaid module in Model N Flex.Work on rebate validations/calculations and issue resolution.Liaise with business teams on Medicaid processing.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Medicaid-related support.Strong technical skills in SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.Familiarity with Medicaid dispute resolution and duplicate handling.Strong communication skills.
