With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are looking for an independent Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead configuration, support HR operations, and drive Workday projects across multiple modules.What you will doServe as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) across multiple modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Advanced ReportingLead end-to-end configuration activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentationSupport HR operations through troubleshooting, data audits, complex reporting, and resolving Workday-related issuesLead or participate in Workday-related projects, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systemsManage Workday bi-annual releases: assess new functionality, provide impact analysis, and drive adoption of new features.What you bringKnowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions.
