Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the die and mould and cutting tool segments.- Formulate and implement a road map for year-on-year growth of the business.- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to drive business growth.- Set ambitious sales targets and create actionable plans to achieve them.2. Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.- Analyze customer needs, industry developments, and technological advancements in PVD coatings.- Provide insights and recommendations for new product development and market entry strategies.3. Business Development:- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the customer base.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders.- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to drive revenue growth.4. Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs.- Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.- Manage customer accounts, including contracts, pricing, and payment terms. 5. A master's degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the PVD coating or related manufacturing industries.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- knowledge of the die and mould and cutting tool segments and PVD coating technologies.Additional Skills:- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
