6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in US healthcare recruitment.Requirements:
1. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent management.
