You will be working as Sales Specialist - Cooling Tower Direct Drives at global grade 15 and will be part of Motion Business Area for NEMA Motors Division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Manager MONM India and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a highly effective sales Segment strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Responsible for planning and executing marketing and sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor Segment performance. Your responsibilities Defining and implementing the Segment sales strategy/ budget in co-ordination with the Local Division Manager and ensures regular review Defining key targets (volume, prices, mix) and ensuring these are achieved for the Segment/Product in the specified market Driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with Top Management of key Segment customers Ensuring detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place. Supporting collection and to keep overdue with the set limit Doing Market/Competition Analysis for the segment and driving effective usage of ABB Digital Tools viz. SFDC and SAP Monitoring, updating and reviewing SFDC Segment Dashboard/s Ensuring correct Customer Code, Segment, Channel and Location/Branch are captured for the order booked in SAP Your background BE/BTECH Electrical & Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of experience in Handling Sales of NEMA Motors, BLDC Motors etc Excellent Communications Skills More about us ABB's NEMA Motors Division markets, designs and manufactures the market-leading Baldor-Reliance brand of industrial motors.
