Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced H-Beam Welding Machine Operator to join our production team at Hakke Industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating H-Beam automatic welding machines used in structural fabrication and must be familiar with related safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor H-Beam welding machines (SAW/Submerged Arc Welding type)
Set up and align beams and machine parameters as per welding specifications
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with technical drawings
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Coordinate with the quality and production teams for continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Proficiency in operating semi-automatic or fully automatic beam welding machines
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Basic understanding of welding techniques and standards (SAW/MIG/TIG preferred)
Knowledge of measurement tools like calipers, tape, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
