- Act as a client-facing QA resource, working closely with SMEs, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand application functionality and sprint scope.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with manual testing teams to identify test scenarios suitable for automation.
- Perform manual testing activities including functional, regression, and system testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create reusable Tosca modules, test cases, and execution lists.
- Execute automated test cases during sprint cycles, regression runs, and release validations.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with development teams for defect resolution.
- Prepare and share test execution reports, automation metrics, and quality status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, test efficiency, and quality assurance processes.
- An overall 6-8 years of experience in testing, with relevant experience of around 4 years in Tosca automation testing.
- Experience in testing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)/Hybrid Frameworks.
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid, etc).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, practices, and tools (ex., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
