The expectation from this role is to drive IPO readiness, take the company public, and meet all requirements post-listing. Job Responsibilities: IPO Readiness Planning: Identify public market requirements in India and build a roadmap to make Amagi go public at the appropriate time. The roadmap should be exhaustive and encompass all requirements such as compliance, finance, and company strategy to name a few. IPO Readiness Execution: Track and drive IPO readiness roadmap to closure. Work with functions within the Finance function and other functions where required. Going Public: Work behind the scenes and upfront where required with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all necessary actions for going public are met. Post Listing: Work with relevant teams within the company and external stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Other Responsibilities: Where required, take ownership for the execution of any activity that pertains to investor relations but does not have a clear owner within the company. Skills / Experience Required: 6-10 years of experience in Finance / Investor Relations / Corporate Strategy functions. Been part of a team that has worked in taking a company public in Indian markets. Been part of an investor relations team in a listed company for at least 1 year. Deep understanding of public market landscape in India Strong financial modeling skills Robust written & oral communication skills Ability to influence outcomes without authority. Balance of strategic thinking and execution skills Knowledge of SaaS business metrics and Media-Tech would be preferred. Qualification: CA/CFA/ MBA
