Job OverviewWe are hiring for the position of Interior Sales Executive (2 openings). The role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can understand client requirements, present suitable design solutions, and drive sales conversions while ensuring high client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Set meetings & Follow-ups for closuresIdentify potential clients through various channels (walk-ins, inquiries, social media, references).Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into meetings or site visits.2. Client Consultation & Requirement GatheringUnderstand customer needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.Coordinate with the design team for suitable proposals.3. Sales & NegotiationPresent proposals and close sales with a professional approach.Negotiate terms while maintaining company profitability.4. Coordination with Design & Execution TeamsEnsure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/execution department.Act as the bridge between client and internal teams for clarity on requirements.5. Reporting & Targets (incentives 1% of the total approved value initially)Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
