- Define and execute the company's long-term vision and strategic roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams across projects, operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology, quality and logistics.
- Represent the company in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and public engagements
- Ensuring timely implementation of Digital Plant through 10T.
- Oversee erection and commissioning of the manufacturing facility
- Ensure a seamless transition from commissioning to commercial operations through period reviews
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and automation
- Establish and monitor KPIs for plant performance, safety, and sustainability
- Define and implement robust process control systems across all functions
- Lead the adoption of Industry technologies, including IoT, AI-driven analytics, and automated quality control
- Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance strategies are in place for plant reliability
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, quality systems, and ethical practices
- Lead risk management, audit readiness, and business continuity planning
- Drive profitability and cost optimization
- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- MBA (Finance / Marketing / Operations)
- Certification in Executive Leadership or Strategic Management
- Over 25+ years of experience preferably into Copper Wire and Cables industry
- Demonstrated track record of executive leadership and strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and financial performance
- Strong network and relationships within the industry
