Job Overview We are looking for a Site Executive to join our team at Urban Living, a real estate development management and strategic consultancy services company. As a Site Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our hospitality projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the project team & customers, building client relationships. Monitor project progress, update project schedules, and report on project status to management. Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement of materials and equipment. Supervise and motivate site personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution. handling complaints
