- Drive sales of corporate car leasing and car finance products in the assigned zone.
- Develop and implement zonal business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients, fleet operators, and channel partners.
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to maximize wallet share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Regional/Area Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Ensure productivity, performance, and capability development of the sales team.
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and mentoring to improve sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, OEMs, and NBFC/banking partners.
- Act as the escalation point for key clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability for the zone.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and credit risk in coordination with risk & collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and audit requirements.
- Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of car finance, leasing, fleet management, and auto industry trends.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, channel management, and large deal closures.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, financial acumen, and risk management understanding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
