Job Title: Senior Manager – Channel Sales Partner – B2BLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5–8 yearsQualification: Postgraduate / Graduate with management degree preferredWork Schedule: 5-day work weekWe’re hiring a Senior Manager for Channel Sales (B2B) for for our client, India’s first at-scale AI-led multi-asset fund. As the Senior Manager – Channel Sales Partner, your responsibilities would be:
  • Responsible for setting up and managing the processes for driving and continuously improving Channel B2B Sales.
  • Onboarding new channel partners including Chartered Accountants, Equity Sub-brokers, Mutual Fund Distributors, and Insurance Brokers.
  • Driving and achieving revenue targets through the established partner network.
  • Managing and leading an outbound contact center team to ensure high performance.
  • Addressing all queries from Channel Partners/Distributors to build long-term trust and credibility.
  • Coordinating with on-ground teams to fulfill customer requests and servicing requirements.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years’ experience managing DSAs, Sub-brokers, Channel Partners, or IFAs in broking or investment advisory
  • Strong sales track record with consistent target achievement in AMCs or equity broking firms
  • Expertise in cross-selling and up-selling Equity, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products
  • Fluent in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in a field-based role and experienced in managing outbound sales teams
