- Responsible for setting up and managing the processes for driving and continuously improving Channel B2B Sales.
- Onboarding new channel partners including Chartered Accountants, Equity Sub-brokers, Mutual Fund Distributors, and Insurance Brokers.
- Driving and achieving revenue targets through the established partner network.
- Managing and leading an outbound contact center team to ensure high performance.
- Addressing all queries from Channel Partners/Distributors to build long-term trust and credibility.
- Coordinating with on-ground teams to fulfill customer requests and servicing requirements.
- 5–8 years’ experience managing DSAs, Sub-brokers, Channel Partners, or IFAs in broking or investment advisory
- Strong sales track record with consistent target achievement in AMCs or equity broking firms
- Expertise in cross-selling and up-selling Equity, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products
- Fluent in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a field-based role and experienced in managing outbound sales teams
