In your new role you will:
- Layout of analog and mixed-signal modules in CMOS and PowerTechnologies, with a particular focus on DC-DC converter for powermanagement ICs.
- Layout of analog and mixed-signal system resource blocks including POR,Bandgap, LDO, Oscillator, amplifier.
- Experience in Chip floor-planning, pad ring layout, power busing,bonding and tape-out activities.
- In depth knowledge of layout verification including DRC, LVS, Latch-up,Electro-migration.
- Work closely with designer defining the block layout requirement,matching pattern and signal integrity.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma/ Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,Physics or equivalent field of studies.
- Experience in analog and mixed-signal layout, particularly in CMOS andPower Technologies.
- Good Analytical skills and very good understanding of Analog Layout.
- Familiarity with power switch layout, electro-migration and thermalanalysis is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design tools, and methodologies.
