- Provide top-notch support for associates experiencing problems.
- Troubleshoot transactional, accounting, and process issues; identify root causes and implement resolutions or workarounds.
- Monitor and manage incident, request, and problem queues to meet SLAs.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact production issues.
- Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and infrastructure teams.
- Support Oracle Financials Cloud modules including GL, AP, Cash Management, Projects and Fixed Assets, and SLA.
- Support and maintain Oracle Expenses functionality.
- Support Procure-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Pay processes.
- Provide hands-on support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Monitor and triage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces.
- Analyze integration failures and coordinate resolution.
- Support EPM Automate-driven finance processes.
- Support GL batch imports and resolve data errors.
- Coordinate with internal and external system owners.
- Support and validate OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Assist users with data questions and discrepancies.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and defect resolution.
- Own functional production support across modules and close cycles.
- Follow ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests from creation through resolution.
- Provide business-focused communication during incidents.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Support SOX, audit, and compliance activities.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Extensive functional production support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of record-to-report, procure-to-pay, expenses, and close processes.
- Experience troubleshooting production accounting and integration issues.
- Hands-on support experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Strong accounting fundamentals.
- Experience managing Oracle SRs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
- Experience supporting critical or 24x7 support environments.
- SOX and audit support experience.
- Experience in formal ITIL environments.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents during on-call periods.
- Support operational shifts covering 14:00 22:00 IST.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain seamless coverage and handoffs across time zones.
