We partner with organizations to streamline their enterprise processes, enhance workforce management, and optimize financial operations through cutting-edge technology and industry best practices.Currently we are looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with SME skillset in Learn (Oracle Learning Cloud) module with 4+ years of experience for our client partner.Requirements-Good understanding of the Business Processes

Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules

Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes

Ability to build/review functional design specification documents

Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports

Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules

Has worked with small and large teams

Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
