This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that is why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, curious to learn, passionate about people, and can work closely with senior leadership in the organization. Community Managers will manage the ‘social aspect’ of the learner experience and will also manage the experiences of senior leadership who are part of our Master Guru and Guru networkAbout GenomeGenome is a learning platform that builds on collective intelligence of peers and senior leadership (Master Gurus / Gurus) in a collaborative manner. It is the first 'for collective intelligence, by collective intelligence' digital transformation learning system in the world. Genome is inspired by a decade of research conducted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is the brainchild of Gianni Giacomelli, Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact.Genome caters to more than 90000+ Genpact employees across the globe and helps them to constantly improve skills designed for a digital world that is steeped in domain expertise within a collaborative environment. Genome has over 70+ skills across four proficiencies: Beginner, Intermediate, Proficient, and Expert. It is divided into four pillars called BITS:
  • Because: Profile creation and adding skill/proficiency to your plan
  • Immerse: Self-paced learning through curated content from HBR, YouTube, micro-modules, etc.
  • Transform: Collective learning with peers and Master Gurus/Gurus
o Synchronous: Guru Connects (GCs) & Large-Scale Guru Connects (LSGC) - virtual Zoom sessions for collectively learning from peers and Master Gurus and Gurus (senior leadership of Genpact)o Asynchronous: Guru Forums where learners join forums to collectively ask questions, respond to peer queries, and gain expertise from Master Gurus and Gurus.
  • Solidify: Apply what you learned through curated tasks and review other peers’ tasks.
