- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Provide product and service information to potential customers
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads
- Attend weekly sales meetings to review performance and goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with sales and lead generation software a plus
- You have at 0 to 1 year experience within a Sales or Tele sales & Tele calling role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces and Media & Entertainment industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Tele calling
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
