Position / Designation : "Electrical Engineer - Trainee"Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical & ElectronicsEngineering (EEE)Rules and Responsibilities :Involved in design and engineering of PowerManagement System (PMS) projects as per customerspecifications.Study and interpret single-line diagrams, controlschematics, and protection requirements.Prepare system architecture drawings, panel layouts, I/Olists, and related engineering documents.Configure and integrate relays, energy meters, PLCs,and SCADA systems.Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and ensuresystem functionality before dispatch.Travel across India for site installation, commissioning,and system validation.Perform testing, communication checks, andtroubleshooting during commissioning.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensuresuccessful project execution and handover.Employment procedure :Need to attend to Teams interview (Online)Shortlisted candidates eligible for final round for F2Finterview at our client locationSelected candidates would undergo hands on training for aperiod of 6 months. On successful completion of training,will be recruited on companies' permanent employmentbasis.Commitment : Need to work with us for a period of minimum 3 years as weare providing on the job training on various LIVE IndustrialAutomation systems / projects.Salary / Benefits : 1. During Training Period: Salary will be paid from the dateyou join the company.2. On confirmation: CTC - 2.94Lakhs for the first 6 Months, onsuccessful completion of training/ performance salary would berevised to 3.20 Lakhs.3.
