Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleSeeking a dynamic Technical TA Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the strategic partner to our product and technology teams, thereby helping identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech workforce and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive talent market.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles including but not limited to engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cloud, etc.Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platformsConduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fitEnsure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processConsistent achievement of TA OKRs (hiring volumes, quality, and timelines)Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategiesStay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologiesRequirementsMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (technical background is a plus)3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environmentStrong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologyExperience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.Deployment of new-age AI tools and assessments in hiringExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with pleasing personalityAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agilityExperience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical rolesFamiliarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniquesExposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives on campuses, platforms, and social channelsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge tech teamsInclusive and collaborative work cultureCareer development and learning opportunities
