Key Responsibilities:1. Own and manage Jira projects end-to-end, including setup, configuration, and administration.2. Create and maintain custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes.3. Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and filters for project tracking and stakeholder visibility.4. Implement automation rules and scripting (Groovy, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira) to streamline processes.5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Jira issues escalated from L1/L2 teams.6. Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Jira solutions.7. Define and enforce governance, security, and standardization practices for Jira usage.8. Support Jira upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.9. Provide knowledge sharing and mentorship for junior admins/users.10. Document best practices, configurations, and workflows for organizational knowledge.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. 10+ years of experience in Atlassian support and administration.2. Proven expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket (Cloud / Server / Data Center).3. Strong leadership experience in managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.4. Hands-on technical understanding of workflows, permissions, automation, scripting (Groovy/REST APIs), and integrations.5. Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, and DevOps practices.6. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle)7. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute enterprise-scale migrations (Server ↔ Data Center ↔ Cloud).8.
