About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 07 Role In this position, you will serve our extensive client base to deliver superior service to the Loan Platforms clients. The Loan Platforms team services multiple products such as Debt domain and ClearPar Loan Settlement as well as a number of other products and services. Client Service Analysts play a significant role in ensuring success of our client's business through the following: Work with a global team of Client Service Analysts responsible for front-line client service on various Loans platforms Pro-actively escalate issues and work with peers and management on a resolution Loan administration, which includes Credit and Transfer Document builds Operational maintenance of data. Ranging from setting up new securities issued in the market, enhancing the quality of content using a prospectus or credit agreement and managing corporate actions. Must consistently adhere to all internal procedures Be pro-active in identifying problems and either resolving or escalating them Capture and channel user feedback to the management team to facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services Personal Competencies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written forms; Demonstrates interest in loan syndication and agency; The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; Individuals who are self-motivated, take initiative, and welcome the challenge of problem solving; Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects of short, medium, and long-term time ranges; The ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines and escalate urgent matters to management; Collaborate and work well within multiple organizational and functional departments; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Service orientated mindset; Ability to work in a tightly knit regional and global loans team. Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience within the financial industry would be preferred, but not a requirement Commercial Awareness Ability to think laterally and analyze and question processes Proficient in MS office Team Player Ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns Excellent prioritization skills a requirement Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Great organizational skills is a requirement Must be able handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
