Assistant Manager - IBA Claims - 7+ Years - MumbaiWe are hiring an Assistant Manager - IBA Claims with 5+ years of experience in UK Insurance, including hands-on expertise in IBA Claims and accounting practices. The ideal candidate should also have at least 2 years of team-handling experience and the ability to manage claims processes in a dynamic environment.Location - Mumbai, IndiaYour Future Employer - A leading global firm in the financial services sector, renowned for its excellence in providing customized solutions and fostering an environment committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end IBA claims processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial transactions.
  • Investigate, validate, and reconcile insurance claims while coordinating with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor claims processes and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to premiums, claims settlements, and accounting records.
  • Lead and support team members, while maintaining proper documentation for audits and process improvements.
Requirements: * Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in UK Insurance, with mandatory experience in IBA Claims and Insurance Broker Accounting.
  • At least 2+ years of official team-handling experience is required.
  • Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Claims processes.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving a notice period are preferred.
