The ideal candidate will be responsible for the customization, development, and support of Siemens Teamcenter applications to meet business requirements and ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems.Location: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 2-3 YearsDepartment: IT / PLM Development
- Develop and customize Teamcenter modules including RAC, AWC, BMIDE, ITK, and SOA
- Configure and extend BMIDE data model (attributes, LOVs, ACLs, business rules)
- Design and implement custom workflows, handlers, and preferences
- Develop and maintain Active Workspace (AWC) customizations (XRT, Stylesheets, UI)
- Support integration of Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems
- Participate in Teamcenter upgrade and migration projects.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
- Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter development
- BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE)
- ITK (Integration Toolkit) and SOA programming
- Active Workspace (AWC) customization (XRT, Stylesheets, UI)
- Workflow design and customization
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, JavaScript, and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Familiarity with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN) and DevOps tools is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
