Your Mission Product Analytics Champ : Own the product performance analysis, defining KPIs and conducting User Behavior Analysis. Help shape our business and product strategy, fostering data-driven decisions by assisting in setting the right KPIs and analyzing users. Collaboration Champion : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, such as product and business leaders, and data roles to enhance our understanding of user behavior. Develop strategies to increase and optimize product engagement and usage. Dashboard Design and Management Expert : Create, implement, and maintain customized dashboards and other business intelligence (BI) platforms. Data-Driven Innovation, In-Depth Data Exploration: Dive headfirst into vast datasets to unearth hidden insights and generate actionable recommendations. Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance. Data Storytelling : Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information. Agile Project Leader : Expertly manage multiple remote projects, ensuring precision and agility in execution. Act as a team leader while also being a team player. Your Expedition Toolkit Experience: 4+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for mobile app companies, online gaming/dating/friendships industry is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL, and BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker) experience in querying and visualizing large, complex data sets. Strategic Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute data strategies that align with BlueThrone's business model and growth plans. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to build and guide a high-performing analytics team. Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote, global team environment.
