We yearn for purpose in our work & support each other to grow.RoleWe are looking for an experienced Onboarding Account Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of our Transport Management System (TMS) for enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their supply chain requirements, and ensuring successful onboarding, go-live, and adoption of the platform.Key Responsibilities:· Own the complete onboarding lifecycle from post-sales handover to go-live and hypercare support· Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers and translate business needs into functional solutions· Drive solution design and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for configuration and customization· Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time implementation· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure successful closure before go-live· Coordinate integrations with external systems such as ERP, WMS, and third-party platforms· Engage with stakeholders, including senior leadership (CXO level), to provide regular updates and manage expectations· Identify implementation risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans· Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success/Support teams post go-live· Maintain documentation for requirements, workflows, and implementation processesRequirements· 8 plus years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management roles
· Hands-on experience in implementing Transport Management Systems (TMS) or supply chain/logistics platforms
· Ability to handle both functional and technical discussions with customers and internal teams
· Experience in managing enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders
· Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, ERP/WMS integrations)
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
