Job Description:Role Proficiency:Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverageOutcomes: * Create Test Estimates and Schedules

Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage

Additional Comments:Automation with Python and Robotic Framework "Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assess them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model & reporting defects Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications; Knowledge of the most common test automation usages and challenges; Build and Maintain test automation frameworks based on technologies such as Robotframework Development and deployment of custom Test Automation enhancements Experience working within Python, ADO pipeline and Git. Experience creating and executing both regression and feature test cases. Demonstrating experience with manual testing, automated testing, and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps); Demonstrating through verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrating experience using Azure DevOps for test and defect management; Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines; Demonstrating ability to work with multiple teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore). Coordinate with program and development management teams in product development lifecycle to guarantee quality and adherence of automation test coverage for meeting end user requirements. Analyze and verify best automated and manual test approaches and execute acceptance, integration, installation and system testing. Analyze performance test requirements and develop test plans and debug to understand test objective requirements. Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams. Answer technical issues to resolve and follow up on issues. Record test results and verify software bug fixes against accept automation criteria.
