- Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing TASC customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet.
- Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped TASC accounts and also proactively identify business generation opportunities.
- Establish close connections with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.
- Generates new sales leads for TASC customers through referrals from existing clients, brokers, and stock brokers.
- Involved in increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment products like life insurance, general insurance, gold coins, etc. and other non-investment products like forex, remittances, loans, etc. to new and existing customers.
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers.
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
