The team partners closely with portfolio managers, investment teams, and stakeholders to explain results, manage risk, and improve data quality. You will work in a collaborative, analytical environment with high exposure to senior decision-makers and opportunities to deepen investment and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed portfolio performance measurement and attribution analysis across asset classes (equities, fixed income, multi-asset)Develop, research and deliver fund level analytics to various business channels across the firmPartner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to explain performance drivers and risk positioningAnalyze and report on fund level characteristics, security level holdings, firm level assets and moreCreating and updating automatic templates used to deliver accurate and timely dataProduce and review regular risk and performance reports for internal stakeholders and clientsInvestigate and resolve performance discrepancies, data issues, and outliersEnsure alignment with internal policies and external standardsContribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within risk and performance workflowsStay informed on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging risk methodologiesAbility to work independently while identifying problems and implementing solutionsMentor junior analysts and review their work for accuracy and qualityResponsible for leading complex analytical projects as while as high demand accountsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)5+ years of experience in investment risk, performance analytics, or a related function within asset managementStrong knowledge of performance attribution methodologies (Brinson, factor-based) and risk metrics (tracking error, correlation, beta, duration, etc.)Experience working with multiple asset classes and complex financial instrumentsProficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and other Microsoft databasesSkills & Competencies:Strong quantitative and analytical capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWork Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Rotational shifts)Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Our culture is shaped by our diverse global workforce and strongly held core values.
