- Drive Manpower Planning, Deployment and Redeployment as per Strategic Business Plan of the Organization.
- Ensure timely availability of right mix of talent to meet present and future manpower requirements.
- Ensure updated Job Descriptions, Job Specifications for Related applications.
- Drive Learning and Development of employees through comprehensive training interventions and other learning initiatives including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives for the location assigned.
- Ensure Talent Retention through robust processes for Talent Management.
- Drive Performance Management System for all employees. Guide and facilitate all activities under PMS for the location.
- Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Compliance Management: Steer and monitor Industrial & Employee Relations for the location to ensure industrial harmony and ensure compliance of all applicable labour laws for as establishment and by contractors engaged.
- Guide and steer Administration activities including guesthouse, office administration, transport, general administration for all employees and guests,
- Guide and monitor budget presentation, obtain budgetary approvals, cost optimization, resource utilization for HR & Admin for location.
- Drive and monitor Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (ICSS) and other employee surveys and plan as well as implement improvement actions.
- Drive Employee Engagement and other HR Initiatives
- Ensure implementation of business excellence initiatives such as Digitization, Change Management, CHETNA, IMS, Sustainability Reporting, 5āSā, etc. for HR & Administration function at location.
- Monitor court cases for including Labour Laws Related matters.
- Ensure implementation of Group and Business HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with HODs, BU HR and other stake holders for smooth functioning of HR & Admin activities.
- Monitor, Review & Drive Occupational Health Services being executed through OHC Team
- Looking after entire gamut of HR/ IR & Admin for any envisaged expansion project.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
