Magento Lead

• Own end-to-end Magento solution architecture for fashion & apparel eCommerce projects.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance Magento architectures.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.

• Design and develop custom Magento 2 extensions (backend & frontend).
• Customize Magento core functionalities while following best practices.
• Build complex product catalog, pricing, promotions, and checkout customizations.
• Optimize Magento performance (page speed, indexing, caching, scalability).

• Architect solutions for:
• Configurable products (size, color, variants)
• Inventory & stock management
• Seasonal collections and campaigns
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Implement personalization, recommendations, and omnichannel flows.
• Experience with high SKU count and high-traffic fashion stores.

• Design and implement integrations with:
• ERP (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• OMS, WMS
• Payment gateways
• Shipping & logistics providers
• CRM, CDP, loyalty systems
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools (recommendations, personalization) is a plus.

• Ensure adherence to Magento coding standards and security best practices.
• Optimize for:
• Page load speed
• Scalability during peak sales (festive / sale events)
• High availability
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.

• Mentor Magento developers and review technical designs.
• Collaborate with UX, frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Support pre-sales with technical solutioning and estimates.

• Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
• Proven experience building custom Magento extensions.
• Expertise in:
• PHP, OOPs, Design Patterns
• MySQL
• REST & GraphQL APIs
• Magento PWA Studio / Headless Magento (preferred)
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, KnockoutJS / React (preferred).
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS / Azure / Adobe Cloud).
