You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in delivering systems that meet customer requirements and align with project schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Team, and Product Development Teams), oversee design reviews, and ensure quality processes are followed, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of system architecture development (including requirements allocation and interface definition), but also supervise system deliveries and validation activities.We’ll look to you for:Providing design specifications and validation monitoring solutions until customer acceptanceEnsuring external interfaces are consistent with the designSupervising system deliveries (requirements management, architecture definition, detailed design, etc.)Organizing and leading design reviewsDefining and supporting functional validation phases (e.g., PC, Bench, TrainLab, Train)Collaborating with suppliers to ensure alignment with Alstom standards and project schedulesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
