We are seeking a senior technical advisor who can design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes. This person combines strong hands-on engineering with executive level advisory, helping clients move from ideas to production grade agent workflows. Experience in Retail and CPG is recommended but optional.
What You Will Build and Advise On
You will lead the end-to-end creation of agentic solutions, including discovery, architecture, prototyping, evaluation, deployment, and adoption.
Core solution patterns include
- Multi agent and single agent workflows for research, analysis, planning, and execution
- Tool use and function calling against enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, TPM, PIM, CDP, planning tools, and data warehouses
- Retrieval augmented generation and enterprise knowledge assistants
- Human in the loop review flows, escalation paths, and approval gates
- Automated evaluation, monitoring, and reliability improvements for agents
- Security, privacy, compliance, and governance for enterprise AI
Agentic AI Delivery Leadership
- Lead client engagements to identify high value workflows suitable for agentic automation and augmentation.
- Design agent architectures include memory, planning, tool orchestration, routing, and guardrails.
- Build prototypes rapidly and mature them into production grade systems with clear quality and safety controls.
- Define evaluation strategy and success metrics such as task completion, accuracy, latency, cost, and business impact.
- Implement monitoring, incident response patterns, and continuous improvement loops for deployed agents.
- Own solution architecture across data, model orchestration, and application layers.
- Integrate agents with enterprise data and systems through APIs, event streams, and workflow engines.
- Design scalable retrieval systems, embeddings strategy, and document governance for knowledge-based agents.
- Establish best practices for prompt management, versioning, testing, and release processes.
- Collaborate with security and legal teams on privacy, access control, and auditability.
- Advise senior stakeholders on agent strategy, build vs buy decisions, and platform selection.
- Run technical and executive workshops that translate business processes into deployable agent workflows.
- Develop adoption plans including operating model changes, training, and KPI based performance management.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly, including reliability limits and risk controls.
- Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators, demo assets, and POV content on agentic AI.
- Mentor engineers and consultants on agent design, evaluation, and production deployment patterns.
- Contribute to go to market efforts and proposal development with credible technical detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven exposure in building software products or data driven systems, including recent hands-on work with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and ship agentic AI solutions that integrate with real tools and data.
- Strong skills in at least one major programming language, commonly Python or TypeScript, and modern API based systems.
- Experience with retrieval, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge governance.
- Experience with evaluation and monitoring of LLM systems including automated tests, human review, and regression suites.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise executives and also work deeply in technical details.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns and workflow engines.
- Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or security constrained environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for production deployment.
- Retail and CPG familiarity such as trade promotion, category analytics, demand planning, pricing, or digital commerce is a plus but not required.
- Evidence of thought leadership such as open source, publications, or speaking on agentic AI.
- Agentic workflows deployed to production with measurable improvements in cycle time, decision quality, or cost.
- Clear evaluation and monitoring in place so agents are reliable and safe at scale.
- Repeatable patterns and reusable assets that accelerate future deployments.
- Strong client satisfaction and expansion based on delivered impact.
