Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to deliver its first product by June 2026.Job Purpose: The Construction Refractory Team Member-PETCHEM is responsible for executing refractory tasks with precision and efficiency across various plants, ensuring adherence to schedules, project specifications, and industry standards (API/ISO/ASTM). The role also supports safety compliance, resource efficiency, and team productivity to ensure the timely and defect-free completion of refractory tasks.Responsibilities:Construction Refractory Team Member-PETCHEMProject Coordination and Execution:Meet project milestones by executing refractory tasks as per daily schedules and resolving deviations promptly.Ensure progress efficiency by tracking and reporting issues for timely resolution.Ensure smooth project transitions by contributing to commissioning, dry-out processes, and documentation.Resolve technical and material issues effectively to maintain project alignment with goals.Quality and Compliance Management:Deliver high-quality refractory tasks by executing activities in compliance with approved drawings, BOM, and industry standards (API/ISO/ASTM).Maintain quality consistency by inspecting tasks such as gunning and brick lining to ensure alignment with specifications.Safety Compliance:Support a zero-incident work environment by following ADANI HSE standards and adhering to safety protocols.Reduce risks in high-risk activities by participating in safety drills and complying with confined space regulations.Vendor and Contract Management:Support financial targets by verifying contractor billing and tracking progress against work orders.Facilitate successful contract closure by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to terms.Key Stakeholders - InternalMechanical DepartmentElectrical DepartmentCivil DepartmentInstrumentation DepartmentPlanning DepartmentProcurement DepartmentQA/QC DepartmentHSE Execution DepartmentKey Stakeholders - ExternalDesign & EngineeringPMCContractorsSuppliers and VendorsQualifications:Educational Qualification:Essential: Diploma / Degree in Ceramic / Civil EngineeringWork Experience (Range of years):1-4 years experience in execution of various refractory jobsHands-on experience of handling similar project of same kind.Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External).
