- 1-3 years of experience as a Store Executive or similar role
- Proven track record in managing store inventory and operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Proficient in using computer programs and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of agricultural products and equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional certification in store management is a plus
- Optimize, Implement and Maintain Inventory norms for all Goods.
- Inventory classification into Fast moving, slow moving, nonmoving & ABC analysis.
- Working with supervisors to improve staff performance
- Find out the shortages against new orders received from the marketing dept. & co-ordinate the same with Supply chain.
- Periodic reporting of Inventory (Non-moving, slow moving and dead stock).
- Maintain the shortage/availiblity of materials and consume material(batch wise).
- Issue material for production with FIFO system
- Implementing SOP's for the warehouse
- Implement & maintain 5S in store
- MIS Report Updation on daily basis.
