We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and retention for a range of financial products. The role requires strong networking capabilities, client advisory skills, and the ability to generate business through fieldwork, references, and cold calling.
  • Lead Generation:
Identify and onboard potential clients through cold calling, references, and market outreach.Networking:
Build and leverage a strong referral network to generate new business.Client Meetings:
Conduct online/offline meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products and schemes.Client Advisory:
Offer tailored financial solutions that align with client goals and maximize returns.Retention & Growth:
Ensure consistent client engagement, annual client acquisition targets, and relationship management.Professional Development:
Stay updated on market trends by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional communities.Fieldwork:
Actively participate in on-ground sales activities and client interactions.Experience:Preferred: Mutual Fund Distribution, RM with Banks, Corporate Agency Sales, Wealth Management, insurance RMs, brokers or sub-broker working individually with insurance companies,
-Minimum: 2-5 years in financial product sales/distributionSkills Required:
  • Strong market network and prospecting skills, tech savvy, and a people person.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, hard-worker, and team player.
Certifications: NISM VA, Insurance IC 38 or POS, willingness to complete upon joiningIncentives & Growth
