Warehouse Manager to lead and managekey client accounts while overseeing our warehouse
operations. This dual-role position requires abalance of strategic client management and hands-on
warehouse oversight. The successfulcandidate will ensure client satisfaction, optimize warehouse
performance, and drive operationalefficiency.Key Responsibility Areas-: Act as the primary liaison for major
client accounts, ensuring all aspects of service deliverymeet or exceed client expectations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance
client relationships and address their specificlogistics needs. Monitor account performance metrics,
analyze data, and provide regular performancereports to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage client inquiries and resolve
issues promptly to maintain high levels of clientsatisfaction. Oversee all warehouse functions,
including inventory management, order processing,shipping, and receiving. Ensure the warehouse operates
efficiently, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices for warehouse
layout, organization, and processes to enhanceoperational efficiency. Manage warehouse staff, including
recruitment, training, scheduling, and performanceevaluations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations,
health standards, and company policies. Develop and execute strategies to
improve warehouse operations and support clientobjectives. Collaborate with senior management to
align warehouse activities with broader businessgoals and client expectations. Identify opportunities for process
improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency. Prepare and manage budgets for
warehouse operations, including labor, materials, andequipment. Monitor and control operational
expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Provide financial reports and forecasts
related to warehouse and account management. Utilize warehouse management systems
(WMS) and other relevant technologies toenhance operational capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends and
technological advancements to recommend andimplement improvements.Applicability Measures-: Strategic thinker with a proactive
approach to problem-solving. Detail-oriented and highly organized,
with a commitment to operational excellence. Strong negotiation and conϐlict
resolution skills. Adaptable and ϐlexible, with the
ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics,
Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in
logistics and warehouse management, with asignificant portion of that time in a leadership role. Excellent communication and analytical
