- Create interactive and engaging learning experiences using case studies, challenges, memes, GIFs, polls, and gamified tools like Kahoot.
- Keep student energy and motivation high during live online sessions.
- Maintain strong engagement and ensure learners enjoy the process while gaining practical skills.
- Design interviews, presentations, and assessments that mirror real-world evaluation criteria.
- Continuously refine these tools to ensure top-performing students succeed in actual placements.
- Use data-driven insights to strengthen the link between internal performance and career outcomes.
- Content Development: Build frameworks, case studies, and modules by leveraging your expertise and insights from top e-commerce and digital experts.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive live sessions for individuals and groups on core e-commerce topics, mentoring students to excel as digital marketers.
- Coaching Support: Collaborate with external coaches to ensure consistently high-quality training delivery.
- Program Design: Analyze student outcomes, recruiter feedback, and engagement data to design challenging yet fulfilling learning experiences.
- Consulting: Support student-led projects with partner brands, ensuring campaigns deliver real impact while students gain practical exposure.
- Innovation: Experiment with new tools, platforms, and formats to evolve training modules and build new propositions as the program scales.

- Structured, data-driven, and user-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Experience with quick-commerce platforms like BlinkIt or Zepto.
- Exposure to inventory forecasting, planning, and category-level P&L management.
