- Strategic Vision & Roadmap Leadership: Spearhead the definition and execution of the long-term roadmap for technology solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving market dynamics to maximize ROI.
- Portfolio & Program Governance: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technology solutions, including feature prioritization, risk management, and delivery governance, to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with internal technology leaders, cross-functional business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive platform innovation, integration scalability, and operational excellence.
- Solution-Oriented Leadership for Business Growth: Champion the design and delivery of impactful solutions by closely partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, address business challenges, and scale platform capabilities that drive client value, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
- Client Engagement: Deliver compelling client presentations to articulate the value proposition of digital solutions. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.
- Drive the onboarding and implementation of PI programs for new and existing clients ensuring seamless integration & accelerated value realization.
- Define and implement the right set of workflows that empower business operators and drive measurable value across the client lifecycle.
- Conduct holistic assessments of the PI value chain to uncover systemic inefficiencies, client friction points, and strategic opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Drive systemic improvements by identifying root causes, tracking initiative outcomes, and enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions through strategic insights.
- Strategic Oversight of Executive Reporting: Spearhead the design and delivery of high-impact, executive-level MIS dashboards and reports across PI operations within the SGU
- Performance Governance & KPI Management: Define, institutionalize, and continuously refine key operational and financial performance indicators across PI functions and delivery teams. Ensure robust governance mechanisms are in place to analyze, report, and monitor performance trends.
- Reporting Innovation & Automation Leadership: Champion the modernization of reporting frameworks through automation, advanced analytics, and visualization tools.
- Lead high-performing teams, setting clear objectives, overseeing execution, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure productivity goals are achieved for the team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, IT, or engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, and/or complex operations optimization, ideally within the healthcare or payment integrity sectors.
- Demonstrated acumen in a strategic leadership capacity, overseeing diverse functions including technology, product development, analytics & process optimization.
- Proven track record of success in spearheading large-scale system implementations and driving impactful business process improvement initiatives, preferably within a Health tech company
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in business solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in quickly changing environments.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client problems, solve complex business problems, & develop solutions that fulfill client needs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Prior Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing & data analytics domain is a plus
