- Lead the design and execution of training and development programs that align with organizational goals.

- Analyze training effectiveness and measure ROI through feedback mechanisms and success metrics.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate them into organizational practices.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related domains.
- A proven track record of implementing successful leadership and soft-skills training programs.
- Strong expertise in learning frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to execute end-to-end learning solutions, from ideation to assessment.
- A dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion through your work.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or a related field (L&D Certifications are an added plus).
