RequirementsYou are an ideal candidate if you have:

10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related domains.
A proven track record of implementing successful leadership and soft-skills training programs.
Strong expertise in learning frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to execute end-to-end learning solutions, from ideation to assessment.
A dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion through your work.
Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or a related field (L&D Certifications are an added plus).
